Taking Baby Gio to the Beach for the FIRST TIME !

I never seen Gio smile so big, he made me laugh, he loves the beach until that wave hit him but he loves to taste that salt.😂

Hello to the 3 of you!! I hope you guys get to see this comment, God willing. No disrespect to Naka. Also l, I am not a woman, however I can relate to always having to be mindful of my weight.

At the moment I blew up due to health problems, and like Naka, I have faith the weight will come off. It has been almost a year with not much success “trying to diet” then I had to remember, my bodies metabolism is slower. Naka is your metabolism slow??

I started doing intermittent fasting and finally results. I feel I am operating in God’s design of my body. Intermittent fasting allows my body the time it needs to fully digest my meal. My body is pretty slow, so I do 24 hrs fast and have one large meal a day. I have been losing weight and my metabolism even started getting faster that I am now fasting for 20 a day till I break my fast.

Naka, I recommend looking into trying intermittent fasting. Listen to your body for how much time it needs to fully digest the meal you at and then give it extra time to burn the fat naturally. The fasting allows the body to naturally regulate itself. God is so good and if we listen to our bodies, naturally the weight will melt off without killing yourself at the gym or even restricting your diet.

I will report I am finally getting results.

Your body is your gift from God and I do believe intermittent fasting will help you unlock the inner gift that Jesus has given you to manage your body weight and health without stress. Hi Naka, My wife gained alot of weight after our 3rd child. I didn't think she would have lost it. She did high protein low carbs. Mostly protein with veggies. I bought her an elliptical and placed it in our bedroom. It took her a long time, but she is in much better shape than I am now.

Love is what the world needs and I this family, started from Naka and Dominic showing the world. Every family should love like you guys. God is love so show this love and your little family is blessed.❤

I never got same fatherly love tho, he had always wanted me aborted, but I'd do my utmost best never to be like my father, I'll be the best father to my future children, they'd never suffer what I have suffered as an only son and child, being raised by my mother alone, he's back and begging for months now though and I'm not ready to forgive him anytime soon...
