Followed the recipe exactly. Checked the ingredients multiple times. Turned out so liquidy they ran all over the pan. Def needs at least 1/2 cup more flour. Otherwise the flavor was great and they weren’t dry at all. Could be the butter. I’d try it again but modified.

How about trying different flours for pancakes? How good would cake flour or self rising flour be?
