Deviated septum… Now what?

I follow this all the time ...works fine

just do one thing, do fasting everyday, prob solved

Hello...both nostrils will be active only during sleep n until 6 in the early morning
After sunrise one nostril dominates and after sunset the other ...thats basic
for every pperson ..
Right in morning
Left in evening becomes active

They are dependent on circadian rhythm
So its mandatory for body to have rest in night n active in morning for a perfect digestion

Suggestion is a beautiful tool. Be careful with what you working with

Even if u put your hand in others armpit, your nose will behave the same

Sir you wont believe, most of the time my right nostril is not active and today morning while doing yoga i was looking for this solution.
