Weight 48 kg
FYI : I'm fucking short so this weight is make me chubby, my belly and booty and legs are so big.
Day1 ✅ so hard
Day2 ✅ still hard
Day3 ✅ still hard when had to do across legs on kneeling i had to pause it
Day4 ✅ same as yesterday but little bit easier
Day5 ✅ easier but still hard when to do across legs on kneeling
Day6 ✅ same as yesterday
Day7 ✅ finally did it for the whole first week i expect to do it for more 12 weeks i wanna do my weight loss journey for 3 months. it getting easier but still burn also i kinda feel so much depression these day(heart broken, life crisis, loneliness etc) but doing exercise is kinda help at least i feel better after i finish it. I do another exercises also. You can correct my English if you want to, it not my first language tho 🙂
Day8 ✅ not that hard but still burn
Day9 ✅ same, the hardest for me is across legs on kneeling
Day10 ✅ cheat day but i still keep exercise 💪🥲
Day11 ✅ i think doing exercise is the best thing i can do for myself for these days so I'll keep going for sure
Day12 ✅ can't wait to see the result on day 90 or week 12 just wonder can i be actually change in 3 months
Day13 ✅ almost 2 weeks but nothing change except i can do this workout easier

ОтветитьXHIT, where has the short legs/calves workout Rebecca Louise did? It was short maybe 6 - 10 minutes or 6 moves to killer legs or something like that. She was in a random place like an empty warehouse or the entrance to an apartment block. I know what I'm looking for but it is definitely not on your channel or Rebbeca's. Please help - I loved fitting that routine into my day - was hoping to use it again now knee surgery is over and done with.

I must preface this comment by stating that it's not directed at Rebecca Louise, but rather, it's intended to question culture and society in general.
Don't ladies and guys have other purposes in life than only looking their best to get fucked on Valentine's Day, such as physical fitness, stamina, weight loss, pliability, flexibility, etc?
Shouldn't health be the primary goal of working out, instead of just aesthetically and sexually pleasing your husband, boyfriend, wife, girlfriend, etc?
Feminism starts with how ladies view themselves and their purposes in life; this video, and of course many others like it, prove that it's not just men holding ladies back from their goals and dreams.

ОтветитьDoes this help with inner thigh fat? I have REALLY muscular thighs and so I haven't ever had slim thighs. Just thick. But I have inner thigh fat in the upper inner thigh. So I'm wondering if this will help somewhat help slim and help the thighs, too
