Anyone pick up on Fraser going to bed while the new guy was still working? I get he asked if he was ok first, however, Alissa was chewed out by Sandy for taking a break that her boss told her to take. The reason being because he was still working alone period. It did not matter that he said he was ok. All I have seen are double standards. Sandy tells Fraser he is doing so much better and he is a new man after the dead weight. Alissa was a trip but she was no worse then any of those other stirrers. Too much bias. Captain Sandy is egotistical and had a problem with a black person standing up for themselves. There were no more chances for that.

Rachel will ALWAYS succeed and she has a talent that's way above any other chef, although I love seeing Ben and now the new chef Jack

Captain Sandy is partial, partisan, he has his untouchable favorites (Joao Franco, Malia etc.) and the rest despises them. For her, firing a crew member is exciting...I don't understand her.
