why would a BANK give someone a mortgage for two more properties when the Bank knows you already have 2 properties and cant service the loans of 4 properties?
they would see you as a HUGE risk.. if you cant rent them etc.. they are vacant for 1 or 2 months for what ever reasons, tenants havent paid you for 3 weeks.
you need to cover those loans,, so a typical Aussie who earns 1200 or 1500 a week, how can he pay 4 loans to the bank???
