Ответитьwhy would a BANK give someone a mortgage for two more properties when the Bank knows you already have 2 properties and cant service the loans of 4 properties?
they would see you as a HUGE risk.. if you cant rent them etc.. they are vacant for 1 or 2 months for what ever reasons, tenants havent paid you for 3 weeks.
you need to cover those loans,, so a typical Aussie who earns 1200 or 1500 a week, how can he pay 4 loans to the bank???
the bank manager would laugh you out the bank

ОтветитьPretty bad assumptions that house increases so much and the banks are not that keen on 90% refinancing for investment. Generally they look that paid the house down to 80% of the value is zero equity.

It's largely based on your income. You need to be a very high income earner if you want a bank to hand you that many individual home loans.
Not to mention your plan involves landing "3 pointers" repeatedly and if you miss just one, the house of cards falls apart.
