I should be impressed, I suppose...

I admire almost all martial skills. And this guy has one. But punching a bag or punching with boxing gloves is a lot different from punching a human body with an unprotected fist. Suppose you hit the skull. If you haven't perfected your empty handed striking methods you may end up with some very painful broken bones in your hands. Punching method is good. But what you hit is equally important.

That's how it should sound when you hit the bag correctly.
