If I remember correctly, both the A10 and A60 have an LCD display, while the rest use AMOLED. That and I think the A70 and above use snapdragon. I really don't know, but I really want an A70

I have the a50 and it is bomb! I wouldn’t expect such high quality to be placed for $260-$300 dollars. It’s very fast and smooth. The lag is very little and the camera quality is very nice. I’d recommend if you want a functional budget phone. The plastic like back doesn’t feel cheap at all, it feels pretty normal, just a bit more rough (Idek if that makes sense)

A80 is the worst phone from the a series. A50 and a70 are the best. A10 to a40 and a90 are quite good. A90 is not budget friendly and id rather buy a phone from oneplus for £700 than a90

i got the A20.. IN my opinion.. its the perfect balance between cheap price.. and still getting all the featurea of the top end phones.. a20 wins in my book.

I'm currently using the A10, I was on a serious budget and oh my it is way better than I thought

A10 IS A COOL PHONE AND I LUV IT

I like the way they design them.

I really like A50 but I have small hands, so using a bigger phone would be more of a struggle. Plus, I already have my tablet so I don't really need a big phone.

Already here with A50, the performance are solid for mid range smartphone.
Like as you said, thanks to the 10nm exy 9610, so heat are minimized while the stability of system mantained.
The surprise also come with the built in gpu mali g72-mp3, it's clock speed increased to 1053 Mhz (850Mhz is the stock clock, sorry for misinformation before), so the gpu performance are greater than g72-mp3 in mediatek P60.
Mine got about 143k in antutu, 58k cpu, 40k graphic (usually g72-mp3 scored at about 30k), 37k in ux, 7k in memory.

The camera are great in a good light condition, while it isn't really good in a low light condition.
The display are good, the black color are as black as their black chasis model, but the shadow quality are still a bit behind to Super amoled in galaxy Note 3 (my previous daily driver), i think it is because the contrast of this phone display are a bit higher, but still it's better than ips panels smartphones in the mid range, but less than samsung flagship display quality in my opinion.

The sound quality are a bit mixing, the internal audio quality are good cause there is dolby atmos there.
The speaker are loud but bad, when i say bad, it's bad, idk how to compare it, but the speaker quality aren't what you expect to get at that price point, but considering the SoC and display, i would let it slide.
Make sure to use earphone or headphone for gaming, music or even watching movies, it isn't worth it to let the speaker do the job for that (You got dolby atmos for ear/headphone, and you still wanna use speaker?), just use it for call or something else
The microphone quality are a bit muffled and less detail than my Note 3, but still decent for recording conversation in video.
While for music i wouldn't recommend it, but the quality are still kinda good since the noise are less than my Note 3 mic but the detail is less than my Note 3, but still the mic are quite decent in my opinion.

For my gaming experience, i got solid high 40 average frame rate in PUBG smooth graphic while high 50 closer to 60 fps while the scene aren't demanding.
For Honkai Impact i got high 30 average fps for setting medium and all effects on.

No thermal throttling at all, thanks to the 10nm exy 9610.
High 40 means about 45-50
Same like high 30, it's 35-40
