What's the difference between the different formats

One of the great things about MP4 is that it allows me to listen to documentaries and thus gets me out walking instead of sitting behind the computer.

Sir why there is no option in filmora screen recorder system audio recording only..... & No option of exporting audio..... I am disappointed after spending my money...... I've purchased screen recorder tell me or you will add this feature in next update ??
