ОтветитьForecasts are fine but the fact remains that in GB various schemes are designed to fool the market . The latest legal scam is Shared Ownership , which aligns with buying a home with your worst enemy as although you are buying just a % maybe 25% or 50% and pay rent on the outstanding amount ; you are responsible for any and every expense / bill. Just why this scheme is legal is baffling and there is only one winner ; and that is not the purchaser 😮
