In your professional opinion what do you think about my set up. I have a six foot Long by two feet wide by two and a half feet tall I was told it was a 225 I have one motoro Hybrid Stingray in there and a leucistic white arowana , With four fluval fx6's For Filtration. In according to the fluval Manual it says after adding Biomedia And sponges it knocks the fx 6 down to about 560 GPH. So I am approximately turning this Aquarium over 10 times an hour with 60 to 70% water changes every 10 days. Do you think I will be able to keep them For their lifetime. This question is for you kevin but i'm sure the comment clones will let me have it , I appreciate any feedback from your professional opinion
ОтветитьIn your experience, from what size the motoro stingray can start to breed..???
ОтветитьLooks all to cruel I get you breed to make money rather than love for animals I get that but you could be doing more to give them some kind of decent life there are breeders out there that have mazive pools for there rays to go in I duno I just think some of them rays shoukd be in a bigger tanks
ОтветитьHola amigo esas bolsas que usas dentro del tanque que son??? Gracias
ОтветитьKevin. Can you tell me the best water parameters for keeping and breeding Rays.
I have hard tap water. Do they require softer water to breed?
I am glad you are transparent with your audience. It really helps us as viewers as far as what to do in different situations. I appreciate it! Keep up the great work!
ОтветитьHi kevin greeting from indonesia. As always nice informative video. I learn alot about freshwater stingray from your channel. I do have a question regarding stingray pup. Is it true that the pup need to be in shallower water, max depth of 50cm, and if it stays at too long in depth above 60cm they will die from the water pressure?
ОтветитьWhat is the size of the tank at 2.45
ОтветитьWhat’s your filtration on your 8ft racks you pulled the pups out of?
ОтветитьJust showing some love for the channel✌✌
ОтветитьWhat’s the point in even keeping them in those horrible plain tanks, it’s sad for them, you seem to be passionate but pearly not about their actual quality of life
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
ОтветитьFor smaller tank, like your 3X3 tank, how often do you change water? What percentage? Do you have to use a heater? Maintain at what temperature? Thank you.
ОтветитьWhat is the smallest tank for new born pups. And how much for 1
ОтветитьAm I missing something? I don't understand why it's ethical/humane to house so many animals in a small tank for "maximum production" and to be kept in such an under-stimulating and barren tank. Is there something I'm not understanding about this?
ОтветитьIs there a way to build something that the pups can go hide in that will keep them safe until you can get them out of the tank.
ОтветитьHow much are pups?
ОтветитьWhy do you call the baby stingrays pups????
ОтветитьRays want sand to hide. That’s how they live
ОтветитьYour wife is so sweet, she should be in more videos. You guys make an AWESOME team!!!
ОтветитьIs drip system considered as water change?
Ответитьhave you breed any of your batman stingrays together to see if the pups come out as batman or regular stingrays
ОтветитьThat's so sad, seeing her like that
ОтветитьWhat you do is very interesting.
ОтветитьKevin, I'm sorry you lost that pretty little pup. I love your videos.
ОтветитьWhat is the average price for a stingray?
ОтветитьIs a bare bottom tank better than having sand or is it just preference
ОтветитьLove your channel , love the videos, maybe 1 day soon I'll be setting up a f/w tank and need a couple rays .... Maybe you can point me in the right direction !!!
ОтветитьAre pup rays born with a barb?
Ответитьyou the best
ОтветитьMan how u manage all this with the water changes that's tons of ro
ОтветитьThanks for the information.. But hope you can give us as a hobbyist a guard & hope you got more videos coming up..
ОтветитьWhat you do is absolutely amazing and inspiring! Keep up the great work dude. One day I'll have the funds to get a really nice day from you guys 👊🤘
Ответитьthanks for information! what are all the white bags?
ОтветитьMore videos!!!!! I'd say once or twice a week so excited to see more of your rays
