I am adding these videos to my Reach Elite Process!
ОтветитьWhat is FIRE?
ОтветитьThe host kinda looks like De Niro when he smiles lol. Great podcast!
ОтветитьDidn't read his book when I was reading all such books in 2008-2010. Just ordered the 2nd edition; hoping to see something that was none of the other books. The way I got to financial independence was not in any of those books. Maybe it is in his.
Ответить“It doesn’t matter if they make 100k or 600k” I disagree , income definitely matters lol
ОтветитьI've learned you do have to be unapologetic if you're on a quest to improve your financial life. A coworker always makes jokes about how I watch videos like this on my lunch hour. For a long time I felt embarrassed like he was suggesting I was a bad greedy person obsessing over money or something. Then I thought about how he plays games on his phone and the boss watches her soap operas on hers. So, if I want to spend my spare time on improving my situation I have absolutely nothing to feel embarrassed about as long as I'm enjoying it.
ОтветитьGreat interview but bitcoin joke didn't age well though
ОтветитьI wonder how they feel about Bitcoin now being at 34k compared to 4K when this aired.
ОтветитьWe need more Remits in this world and I’m sure there are many but maybe their not ready to speak out 🧐
ОтветитьBitcoin at all time highs. Think he got that one wrong.
Ответитьwow this was awesome. I have his book and yet to read, but i will now.
Ответитьso he got rich by teaching people how to be rich? disappointing.
ОтветитьAs usual, Mindy is a little too much.
ОтветитьThis was awesome guys! I actually just finished the book a week ago and also Scott's book. Loved seeing you guys pick his brain and also the friendly debates. Great stuff guys!
ОтветитьHow to spend...very good topic.
ОтветитьI didn't except to enjoy this, but it was very dynamic. 😎
ОтветитьLoved this!!
ОтветитьAwesome conversation. Thanks for this, all of you.
ОтветитьGreat interview. Only suggestion I would make for someone stumbling upon this video is to explain what “fire, lean fire” is. Everyone through those words around with no explanation of what it is. Other than that, Ramit hit it out of the park.
ОтветитьAmazing podcast 🙂👏👏👏
ОтветитьTaxes are our biggest financial liability, hands down. Owning a house is liability, renting that same house and cashflowing it will make it an asset. A tax free asset. It takes financial education to do it though.
ОтветитьLove all the aspects that you guys went through, keep it up!
ОтветитьThe problem with his strategy is that it only works for people who make several tens of thousands above the poverty line, probably don’t have kids, they live in a multi-income household, and they have the capacity to rapidly increase their income if they choose to (i.e. they have a college degree or equivalent certification or experience). Most people that genuinely need the help and are trying their hardest do not fall into that category. In other words they are the disenfranchised, the hard working immigrants (his parents), and the minorities of our country.
ОтветитьI walk in offices and demand $3000 an hour..
ОтветитьGreat guest, thanks!
ОтветитьHi from Australia! Love the video! Thanks :)
ОтветитьThis is wonderful. I needed to hear this. I tend to obsess bout money even though i'm doing what I am supposed to do but it doesn't feel like its happening fast enough.
ОтветитьI was literally eating chips and habanero salsa when he said that. 😂🤣😂
ОтветитьI agree with him on many things. He is right owning a home isn't a great investment for most part but you can't just look at it as an investment you also have to compare the expense of owning a home vs renting. Owning a home over 20 years vs 20 years of rent. of course one must consider things such as taxes for owners and moving costs for renters. That being said stock market
ОтветитьPersonal finance will always be personal! This was an amazing episode and I love the difference in POV.
ОтветитьBig fan of Bigger Pockets and other investing blogs, but skeptical about 2 bloggers - Ramit Sethi and also Financial Samurai
ОтветитьJajaja he is so funny, thank you for bring him to the podcast. I love the advice about automated things .
ОтветитьAll in on shitcoins amirite guys... guys?
ОтветитьRamit did a great job! I didn't know much about him a few years ago but much like Scott and he aligned in their thoughts, I also agreed with much or all of what he shared today. LOVE IT! Thank you Scott and Mindy. Wonderful job as well!
Ответитьwhat a hack, i know as much as he does.....
ОтветитьBut wasn't Suze Orman a fraud ?
ОтветитьReally liked Ramit's book❤️ Curious though as to why he's making the rounds on ALL the podcasts now? It's been 10 years since I Will Teach You to be Rich
ОтветитьLoved this podcast it was on point
ОтветитьIf you want to stop living in mint or any other financial apps or even in excel, I urge everyone to pick up Ramit Sethi's book - the power of automation is incredible.
ОтветитьThe guest is more interesting to listen to compared to the hosts.
Definitely the one of the best guests of all time.
This was a great interview, I gained a new perspective on money and how to escape the paycheck to paycheck cycle.
ОтветитьHmm, I need to get this book because it sounds like a winner!
ОтветитьRamit!!!
ОтветитьMore cursing, please.
ОтветитьI like the show better with a couple of "shits" mixed in. More authentic.
ОтветитьGreat podcast, Thank you for sharing!!
ОтветитьFirst
