Hello watching from TN how can I choose monetize prior to going live. I’m streaming but can’t monetize until after stream is over

So I have a little problem, when I try to go into the go live tab it puts me where you are but I can't to anything and there's just a triangular sign with a exclamation mark on it and under it there's a big red button where it says try again on, so I press try again but the the tab just refreshes and I get the same thing so I can't get my stream key.

If my Upload is 200.64 should I use 720??

my streamlabs settings look extremely different. when i click on "stream" it just shows me all the account i can connect

I have a question i saw your video home to setup donation for twitch with PayPal account
But do you only have to use PayPal, cuz in some countries they don't have zip code
Can you please help them for those that zip code not available in there countries
