When I put "Startpos = transform.rotation" in the start function it says "cannot implicitly convert quaternion to Vector3"

I have tried to implement the same code you wrote to move a gameobject, but my StartPosition variable has really large values in it, like (527, 146.5, 0), why is it not small integers like you endposition that you hardcoded?
