How is this possible, the 296 definitely does have less horsepower per tonne, but yet it defeats the sf90. What is this sorcery

I mean this will be a unpopular argument but the SF90 has been quicker than the 296 in almost every occasion. Not just this video. Also if you go to the official CARWOW time board, you can see the SF90 is a lot quicker than the 296. Just a suggestion.

If i had the money, it'd be the 296GTB all day.... such a beautiful car, really reminds me of Ferrari in the 60's with their race cars...so gorgeous, and if you haven't heard one with Tubi exhaust yet, i highly suggest you go do so.... better yet, if you don't have the money like myself, better just forget looking up "Ferrari 296 GTB Tubi Exhaust".... don't even hurt yourself like that 😅

I think people aren’t remembering that BATTERIES are now in the mix. So they MUST be made the same model year or else the older on will have a disadvantage. A brand new battery will always perform better than a old one.

Although I have watched dozens of these drags races, ultimately who really cares? First of all it’s down to the driver and launch. And secondly and more importantly, what do these drags really tell us? It’s a fantasy situation that will never happen. Unless you build a car for drag racing and that the car’s only aim then such tests are meaningless in the real world unless for pub bragging rights.
