Walking after strength training is good .
ОтветитьIt's basically diet at least 80% sleep and strength training
ОтветитьBro the weight guy in the thumbnail does not necessarily get fat.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing God bless ❤🙏
ОтветитьI'm shit on my self to lose weight 😂
ОтветитьSo now running will make me gain weight?
Lol.
I do 40 min cardio follow with 1 hr of weight training. It works wonders for me.
ОтветитьDoesn’t this video contradict your other video about fasted no breakfast morning cardio?
ОтветитьShow me a person who has consistently walked 10,000 steps per day for the last year and is fat. Such a person does not exist. You can walk for hours without affecting hunger hormones and it doesn't reduce your neat. Walking is the ultimate fat loss exercise. Since I started caring for my health a step tracker was probably the best investment I've made.
ОтветитьI always do my 1hr polarized or similar cardio (cycling) before resistance (pull ups and/or push ups or similar) training. I just take care to consume sweet carbs immediately after the cycling session.
ОтветитьI lost over 100 pounds on cardio. Well about 2 hours a day walking at a fast pace. That said I looked funny and had a little skinny fat problem. Started doing resistance training about 7 month ago. I did put back on 5 pounds but I look so much better than I had.
Ответитьif you are a runner, DO NOT DO RESISTANCE TRAINING BEFORE RUNNING! This will totally screw up your running goals. Now, if your sole goal is muscle build, then maybe resistance training before cardio is better.
ОтветитьCan hiit training to lose fat?
ОтветитьJust lift weights, do cardio, and dont over eat and youll be good to go.
ОтветитьCardio is good for your health period. Obviously too much of anything can harm you. Common sense.
ОтветитьI know it may not be popular, but I always tend to do cardio first then weights after. I do this because I do not like to do cardio as much as I do weights and if I do weights first, I won't do cardio after. At least if I get it "out of the way" I am likely to do both.
ОтветитьI do cardio and weight training. The reason I do cardio is to have stamina. Weight training alone will make you move slow. So it's safe to say that doing both is better than doing just cardio or weight training.
ОтветитьAt no point anything was mentioned about how long a cardio session should be or what kind of cardio is good!
ОтветитьI've been doing hardcore cardio and minimal weight lifting and haven't been able to get under 220 I'm gonna reverse it today and see how it goes thank you for the vidoe, God bless
ОтветитьSame guy who said to do fasted cardio because it would burn more fat. Maaaaaan i'm done with this guy
ОтветитьInteresting; I’ve found that most “scientific studies” are funded by organisations looking for a specific outcome that they can then use to make money. If the outcome doesn’t fit their agenda, it is never published.
My personal experience has been quite different than your video suggests.
Since January I’ve lost 90lbs using a combination of cardio and a ketogenic diet. 15k steps per day (brisk walking) and OMAD worked for me.
Now that I’m within 20lbs of my target weight I have added weight training to beef up my core, arms, and chest. I also added routines to strengthen my hip abductors. And I stretch every day, sometimes twice a day to alleviate stiffness. My leg muscles are again rock solid so I don’t train them with weights.
What worked for me may not work for others but I’d be very sceptical of most “scientific studies”.
For me cardio before lifting weights works good for fat loss
ОтветитьI always do my cardio before I hit the weights. I know I won’t do the cardio after I left.
ОтветитьI started to do weightlifting 3 times a week + cardio (jogging) 2 times. Im gaining weight but getting less of a beerbelly. X)
ОтветитьHit like if u didn't understand a thing.
ОтветитьBasically this guy is trying to tell you that cardio is completely useless if you want to lose fat.
ОтветитьWell what about boxing as cardio?
ОтветитьI vouch for this info, started 11 Jan 23 at 123.5 kg and now I'm 108.
Enjoying the journey of weight lifting and cardio that is limited to 12.3.30 theory which become even better after 3 months and I can increase to 13.5 and more than 60 mins!
Very easy, less tiring and effective!
If you mix cardio and lift your gonna look great and have good stamina. Keep in mind results take time. Be realistic and have recovery days.
ОтветитьInconclusive video. Stop bashing cardio in every video
Ответитьno cardio = heart attack bruh!
ОтветитьI think it all depends on your body type amd genetics. I know crack heads with more muscles than most people. I also know people that have never set foot in a gym with more muscles than most. I know people that eat healthy and are still fat. I know people that can eat fast food 6 times a day not go to the gym and still have a 6 pac. My arms, shoulders and chest gets big, while my legs stay skinny and i have a belly. No matter what i do. I look amazing with a wife beater on. Thats about it lol.
ОтветитьThis guy is clueless and doesn't know what he's talking about. All he keeps saying is oh this study shows blah blah blah..
ОтветитьI do both cardio and weights and I look like the 3rd guy in the thumbnail, ladies.
ОтветитьI truly don't know if i agree on this video. Yes, the research is correct (but like most 'fitness research', it is done in a vacuum or with strict restrictions). What this video misses imo, that if cardio done correctly it will 100% sure help with fat loss (start slow, and build up over a long periode of time. Also progressive overload and do a lot variations (yes, also long and slow crosstrainer sessions are great at times) . The amount of energy you get from doing cardio over a longer time is so much more than you will ever will get from weight lifting. And that energy you can put back in lifting weights later on. Don't get me wrong, lifting weights is still king and should be prioritized. But having great stamina will give you about the best feeling you can get.
ОтветитьDiet and walk. I did intermittent fasting and cut sugar. Only werk out less 45min
ОтветитьAs Kratos said keep your expectations low and be disciplint
ОтветитьI used to do cardio all the time with ok results but it wasn’t until I started lifting weights 3 times a week with minimal cardio that the lbs came off super easily in fact I wasn’t even trying to lose weight but I went from 185 to 138 lbs! So to me weight lifting helped me lose weight faster and easier
Edit: I also cut down on Beer and pretty much cut out all soda and almost all sugar
Based on everything I've seen on thus channel and other reliable sources over time, it seems like the solid list of things to do is eat healthy, get plenty of sleep, workout consistently, and go hard for 30 minutes to an hour after warming up, then cool down. For general health and fitness of course.
ОтветитьSeems bodybuilder biased
ОтветитьWhat about cardio one day and resistance training the next day so basically alternate it ????
ОтветитьI have to say, just speaking from personal experience here: I didn't used to do cardio before a weight lifting session but now I do a 10 minute jog and some battle ropes before every weights workout and I've noticed a pretty decent improvement over not doing cardio before lifting weights. (More reps per set before failure, can lift heavier weight, less pain, etc.) So I'm not sure why this may be for me personally, but I disagree that cardio before weight lifting is a bad idea.
ОтветитьI do cardio like walking or gentle cardio to not wear out my body. I still have energy to do stuff
ОтветитьFrom the thumbnail, I want guy #2.
ОтветитьIt's so tough for me not to do cardio first then weights, and also the two in the same session because I sit in an office for 40+ hours a week.
I tried to do weight training without jogging first and I strained my muscles. 😣
literally i've been doing all the wrong things lmao
Ответитьi went from 85 kg to like 73 kg only with running and eating clean. no chcolate, no chips, No fries, no soda. many vegetables and fruits + protein, only small amount of carbs in the evening. and i did like 30-40 km a week. never used a single dumbell or push up in that time.
now i do less running and do weight Training and it also seems to work. started 3 weeks ago and i went down 4 kg.
I don't use cardio because it is a waste of time it's only for obese or overweight people not skinny people
ОтветитьAt this point I don't even know if I'm breathing right. 😅
Ответить
