So, if you are grateful for a month’s Improvement of sleep, imagine making it a part of your lifestyle as we did as children- that’s where your vigor went: lack of rest, negative thoughts, alcohol abuse, too much sex, lack of water, fruit, vegatables, etc. Conclusion, have patience; after all, look how long it took for you to detroy your vigor! ОтветитьI was awake for almost 48 hrs straight with 30 shut eye. Last 2 hrs of my awake, I was type of hallucinating. Hearing voices I knew it was due to sleep and I was dead tired. But yes sleep daily is essential.

ОтветитьTell this to Einstein. He only took naps. Multiple naps throughout the day. From what i read, he thought sleep was a waste of time. And he lived to be a good age.
