Just started this anime and it is fucking beautiful. I love everything about it so far. Just another banger from YOASOBI.

I will be honest, I didn't really like this opening at first, however the more I watched and understood the characters it definitely grew on me, now it's one of my favorites for this season and I never skip it, I loved the ending too

I didn't like this song the first time I heard it when Yoasobi released it. But day after day when I watched Frieren, I tried to not skip the opening and I started to like it.

I know almost nothing about this show except that Freiren’s sense of time is super fast and that she probably lives way longer than a normal person. I got this idea from another comment, but I love the idea that the chorus being faster than the rest of the song represents time flying by from her perspective. The concept gives me chills.

One thing that I love about this song is the tempo.
During the verses and interludes the BPM is around 104, which feels a little bit slow. Then during the choruses, it jumps to 208, which feels very fast.
It's a beautiful because it symbolises the difference in perception of time between Frieren and the human characters.
