I ordered one earlier today (sorry; hadn't seen your YT) after receiving the (2 AA batteries) ThruNite 2A v.3. I'll keep the little one in my purse and keep the larger one at home. I like the 2A v3 a lot, and especially because it looks like a little light saber! I ordered several for Christmas gifts. Can't wait to get the tiny one. I wish it changed modes with a button, though. I'm not sure I'll like the turning thing, but it's tiny enough to keep in my small purse..

Good edc flashlight but this flashlight have four modes low, nedium, high end strob but NO MEMORY EFECT

The thrunite V1 is also 120lumens, i dont see the point of v2!

I like everything about it up until you said you have to cycle the head 6 times to get to the strobe I could see cycling it twice maybe three times but six seems excessive

Just got mine. You ain't kidding. This thing is bright for the small package. I put this thing between my ear and head, like a pencil and I have a headlamp. Can wait to buy more. I bought both the warm and cool white version. Cool white seems a tad brighter. Can't go wrong with this one. BTW. I'm a flashlight nut and this one impressed me.

Great flashlight. I've had the original Ti3, and I love that it's small enough I can carry it in all situations. Its got plenty of light to do all I need, and it uses a standard battery available anywhere. I just ordered the V2, so I'm excited to see how it stacks up. Thanks for the review!

I have had one for a long time. I took a half inch of surgical tubing and put it on the head of the light which makes it much easier to twist on.

Is it OK to use an Energizer Lithium AAA battery? I have a Ti3 (not V2) that gets very warm after several minutes on high setting...

I am wondering if to get a couple for Terry and Steve, I think I would have to get large ones as they would lose the smaller ones. Because of their health issues neither have good memories and so things are easier to forget or lose bless them. I shall have to see what my finances are like. Been looking for a new light. Another digger did a review on a light that I was considering but it was a bit to big. This one looks to be perfect. Especially because of the firefly mode. Most AAA lights are on/off maybe a strobe if you're lucky. But this having multiple options looks like a winner. It's been Added to my Amazon cart... thanks guys for the review.

My little guy is a Surefire E1L Outdoorsman, and that thing dwarfs mine in size and performance.

Thrunite makes awesome flashlights. I have the same one your reviewing , plus 8 others all in different lumens and sizes . I like twist top on this flashlight.

Flashlight technology has come a long way. A prime example. I was reading up on it and it has a memory. So when you turn it back on, it goes to its last setting.
