You teach badly you have to teach slow by slow but not speedy 😂😂😂

It is very helpful for someone like me, whose goal is listening and reading rather than speaking and writing. I like the speed and the repetition, and the absence of pause (since I don't want to practice my speaking). I just wish I could download the audio so I can listen to it when I do my exercise. Does anyone know how to do it?
