I love the way you make your videos.... at the point, not too much talking....very well done. I would like more about the knifes you are using; also, I am on a salt restricted diet....how can I cook like this without salt. I can't eat more than 500 mg of salt a day. It's a matter of life and death....heart failure. So, what should I do? Any suggestions?
