Just finished Kingdom. Amazing show and he is so good in it. Really naturalistic performances throughout (especially Frank and Jonathan Tucker). Many will be turned-off that it's about MMA but it's SO much more!

A body like that isn’t made with just those workouts lol That’s mostly good genetics and diet. Plenty of people do much harder workouts and don’t look like that even with a great diet. He works hard and has fantastic genetics.
