The world needs more talented people in tech, male or female, it doesnt matter

I have a few reasons of my own for why gender diversity in these kinds of sectors needs to become more even. But not only did you not state any arguments, but I also can't find any sources for your post either. Do you actually want to support your opinion, or was this video posted to get some sort of clout?

Where do u answer the question from the video title "Why the world needs more women in tech"? You dont give any statements why we need them? Cant we just accept that the genders have different interests and that they maybe dont want to work in the technology sector?
