ОтветитьIn my experience, the best way to have thin thighs is to lose weight. I have a pear shape so I always looking the way to reduce the size of my thighs, I try a lot of ways like running, walking, jumping rope, and doing a lot of exercises about my thighs. They make my thighs become smaller but not much like I wish. Then I reduce my weight, from 47kg to 42kg (103.6 pounds to 92.6 pounds), and my thighs became smaller than I wish. So just do exercise but always remember to reduce weight is key to having beautiful thighs, especially if you have a pear shape like me. I spent 15 years to realize that so this is the reason I write this comment for you.

2020. The world's lock down. I discovered this model ,I choose this girl's workout because it was really chilling . And I was shocked from my lean and long legs after 4 months results . I didn't know that my legs are so long and beautiful 😭😭😭😭. Thank you Sonnet.

It takes at least 3 weeks to see smallest change in your body, do keep in mind everyone is different and everyone will get results in X weeks!
I plan on doing this workout for more than 1 week, but I don't want my muscles to get used to the moves so I will switch it up by doing other inner thigh workouts for other weeks!
