This guy thinks he’s out smarted Chase Bank? Should be a red flag. Absolutely great that he’s teaching people that it takes money to make money. Definitely not a new idea, and it’s a game that if u play it right can change your life. Agree, LLCs are great to protect your personal credit and liabilities. Unfortunately, u won’t get any business loan of any meaningful amount without some sort of personal guarantee….ie collateral, unless the bank loves your businesses plan which is rare. Banks who loan money don’t care if your business is a success….they don’t benefit from that. They only care if u pay them back and the interest on your loan, and CC have the highest interest rates. Show me a business that makes 20% a year guaranteed. That’s what u would be giving the banks. Meh interest free introductory rates. Yes they are great if u have a profitable business…..your loans will kick in eventually. Is your business plan good?

1. Clean up your credit.
If you already have good credit, he will be able to show you how to leverage it. If you want to start a business, or already has one. He will look at the business structure to ensure it's set up correctly, oh yes according to what lenders look for in the approval process. In other words you're getting a total heads up on what your current business need to get to the business credit approval you need. 2. If you have no credit at all he drops some gems on how to get new credit established as well as how to get some back dating....you have to watch to get the details....
