ОтветитьHi , i am not sure about garage conversion , i think their decrease house value as a lot people's have garage on their check list then their buying house , without garage people's will pay less for house or not gonna buy it. This is just from my experience in uk market. I will think twice before converting garage.
Also what strategy are we speaking about single family let , flip or brrr ? Can you clarify in video.
Please help me to understand one thing. If I find a property, let's say for £100k, that I can apply all those adding value techniques, the new value of property wouldn't be much greater then a 'street value' right? How can I choose correct methods to avoid overinvesting in adding value to property. Thanks in advance! Good job keep up :)

ОтветитьIs it sometimes not worth doing a £5/7k basic refurb (fresh paint, carpets, flooring throughout + new kitchen doors and new bathroom) if the other houses in the area look like poor for £600 rent, and that is the average rental in that area. ??

Great video. The figures are surprising. There are so many ways to add value which many would not have even thought about. Normally you hear that it is Kitchens & Bathrooms that help sell houses. Should those two be the first priority when looking to add value?
