ОтветитьHi Carolina, going through garden 2 sprain....it's a reinjury and almost an year has passsed. I had to opt for immobile to heal it due to which I gained 12 kg weight which is not good for my pcos . Do u feel it night be effective for me to loose weight along with diet and medication?

Whoa! That first one doesn’t feel like it’s for beginners! 😂😂😮 I have 100% arthritis in my wrist so that next one is out. 😶😶🥵. Third one feels good….😊😊😊
It took a lot for me to even TRY to pull myself out of a depressive slump today. I searched “full body workout” and then ended up adding “floor” in hopes I could find something doable. 😂 I felt it more than I thought! And I feel better than I did before. When you did the “give yourself a hug” exercise at the end I wanted to cry. Thank you for making these and being such a positive light. 🤍
