As PET bottle have grade 1, so how can they go under 2 processes ? Like bottle to filement and filament to 3D object.

Can tou make phone case using this technique?

Would be nice to have whole pipeline for relcycling plastics.. i mean step one shred plastic bottle to a granules.. then make a fillment..

I have my "first try" setup working and tried a white pet bottle. I noticed that the filament isn't melting but folding very tight, does it supposed to be like that?
The first print with that filament immediately jamed my 0.4 standart nozzle.
Did you have those problems too and how did you figure it out?

Hi, nice video, thanks for sharing. I have a question. I'm trying to join pet filaments with a very similar method, but the junction always crystallize and breaks while spooled. And I didn't put it to print because I'm sure it will clog the nozzle. Do you have a clue on what I'm doing wrong?

PET is a plastic that can be used for food. If you use the bottles for 3D printing, you take this raw material from this cycle. It is better to recycle PET and make drinking bottles out of it again.

How much this machine cost

Im new to 3d printing and wanted to know dose the recycled filament preform like a regular filament and dose it like damage the hotend

مهندس جان مداری که بشه کنترلر دمای اکسترودر و دور موتور استپر با صفحه نمایش که بشه روند کار رو کنترل کرد وجود داره؟
یا اگر ممکنه سیستم کنترل دما و دور موتوری که خودتون استفاده می کنید رو بگید چی هست.

After slicing one bottle and taking the spool off the winder can you join the ends of the second spool to the first so you have a long spool of finished film, or do you always work from short lengths? Thanks
