Hi Jenny. Made this today and it's fantastic! The only changes I made were: Added another 15 minutes to the cook time because the BB Ribs I had were a lot meatier than yours, I used ACV because I didn't have lemon and I used your rub mixture but added an extra tsb. each of Chili Powder and Smoked Paprika (didn't have Sweet Paprika), and left out the Oregano (didn't have any). This will be my go to for ribs for sure! I just love your videos. You're so cute, cheery and funny. Thanks for this.

The BEST way to cook baby back pork ribs>>>>>250 degrees/ 3 1/2 hrs covered. Add 2 tbls of white wine vinegar---elevate the ribs by using a rack/celery sticks---add 1 can chicken broth & 1/2 can of water. I PROMISE YOU'LL NEVER COOK ANOTHER WAY AGAIN!

9 years ago people still thought fat give you heart disease I guess. So glad we're over that. Now sugar, well that's another story. Maybe leave off that gooey sweet BBQ sauce? Nah!

A trick to get the membrane off is with a spoon under the skin and peel it up with the spoon and pull.

Excellent and the best ribs I’ve ever made! I used your dry rub and it was delicious! 2.5 hours in the oven then my husband finished them off on the grill with Sweet Baby Rays Sugar Free.

girl no. you're sweet as pie, but this is not it. cutting the ribs apart just lets the juices drain out during cooking.

Fat doesn't cause heart disease. That is government propaganda. Vegetable oils are bad as are seed oils. Natural fats are good such as (grass fed) butter.

Actually, animal fat is not the cause of heart disease. The cause of disease is vegetable oil or seed oils because they cause inflammation. Look back in history. Before vegetable or seed oils were invented, heart disease was much lower. It was after the invention of crisco and margarine heart disease took off. The story false story of animals fats being bad was paid for propaganda by the companies that sold those products.
