This is how you can set up Microsoft Outlook out of office auto reply message. Click on settings option of Outlook. Now click on automatic replies, enable the option turn on automatic replies.

Now here you can set start date and end date for the automatic replies. Here you need to compose Outlook auto reply message and click on save.

Example For Out Of Office Auto Reply Message to Compose : I am out of the office from [Starting date] to [Ending date]. I will be checking email periodically but may not be able to respond immediately.
