Ok an update this actually works. When I tried it yesterday march 21st. I got thru to an operator but sent back back to automated. Today 3-22 I tried it again and got an operator again. But this time I got an agent. Who checked things out for me. Thumbs up to you. Finally something that worked. Also if your counting the days 21 to receive. Be aware some sites say it's 21 days that they irs working 7 days. I was told no it's 21 business days.

Got thru to live person next thing I know they put me back on automated

It worked! :-) When you get through, you get to an operator and have to plead your case to get to a real person. First try, sent to automated line. 2nd try, got a real representative. THANK YOU!!!!

I've been looking online for about a couple of days now and I found this video. I tried it out just a minute ago and I got through .What will happen is you'll get to an agent and the representative will ask what your calling for and if you're not calling for the right Department they'll transfer you to the department but the fact that you're being transferred internally you will get through to someone and the hold time is around 15 to 30 minutes which is much faster than anything else once you get through you will receive a representative and they will assist you directly I called. specifically to find out about my refund because my refund was not posting in my account from direct deposit. I did spoke to a representative and she did inform me that the refund has been sent direct deposit and not paper and I should contact the service that I use for example TurboTax they are the ones that have the funds and they will be releasing it to my bank. So yes this honestly does work and thank you thank you thank you so much for this video thank you Mr. Noel you have helped me out tremendously
