Without the body leverage, which can clearly see here, you have no advantage to get the best technique from your arm, but why should any arm wrestler have any advantage like that. It's called arm wrestling for a reason, not (I'll use my body's weight as a leverage advantage). (Keep your entire body where it is, that is still and drive your arm over), that's arm wresting.
