Daisy's Dad was amazing with her...he really did a wonderful job of calming her down & reassuring her too. What a wonderful father!! They will forever be close now, because of this accident & their experience going through it together. I so wish all fathers could be this way, with their children...it's doesn't take just a Mom to raise children...it takes the Dad too. When something like this happens, it's so reassuring to see a Dad be able to step up & do such a fantastic job!! Bravo!!♥

Nylon clothing is made from petrolium and will cause massive burns if fire goes anywhere near it.

Moral of the story is, just like don't put lipstick on a pig because is doesn't make the pig pretty and the pig doesn't like it anyway ...... don't try to put a cashmere sweater on a cat because, it's not becoming to the cat, and the cat would probably prefer alpaca anyway. 🤭😆

Cat bites are nasty! I worked in an ED and saw a guy who ignored his cat bite for about a week and he went septic...once the started antibiotics his body was in shock and he coded 3 times!

So, I don't know about anyone else, but I was personally concerned about the first little girl with the busted lip, her father, and the fact that they both said it happened the evening before 😮😢
How did nobody notice?????

I had an aunt who was badly burned like Daisy was; when she grew up and got married, her burn scars kept her from having children, so they adopted. Look up nurse Mary Breckinridge, founder of the Frontier Nursing Service. She treated many children with similar burns in Kentucky in the first half of the 20th century. She solved the problem by getting overalls for the little girls in her area, so their dresses wouldn't catch fire anymore.
