OBS for Zoom: easy way to get started with OBS Virtual Camera

I installed OBS studio about a year ago to help with a video project and forgot about it. I have been having a major problem in Zoom for a couple months whereby I could not get the Zoom video to work correctly. I would join a meeting, and my video feed was blank. I would try and troubleshoot the integrated camera, and get messages stating the camera could not be found . Device Manager was also missing the integrated camera. Then I noticed Zoom indicated my feed was from OBS Virtual Camera. Trying to use the camera after a Zoom meeting got a message it was not connected. It took a restart to get the integrated camera back. OBS studio was not pinned to startup either.

Out of interest, we used this over Zoom for a presentation. The comment I got back was it appears "blurry". I think they mean it is "soft" edged. Any output tips for improved "output over zoom? Is it OBS or is it zoom that is doing this do you think? Thanks

Also if you have multiple cameras on your PC is there a way to select you "Content from 2nd Camera" before hand rather than presenting whatever it goes for first and clicking "Switch Camera" until you find the OBS one?

So in this video you have audio through out. But if you use the virtual camera from OBS in ZOOM as the default "video" button feed you do not get audio, correct? as Zoom handles audio, in this setup scenario as a separate entity...correct? So the only way to have OBS run everything or even run a video which includes audio you want to share as well is the "Share Screen" "Second camera" option right? But if you are running OBS with any camera scene that pulls from the camera on you PC, you cannot also use the camera a real camera video is ZOOM?

Whats the basic set up option when you install the software? I have a plethora of software set up choices but none are zoom.
