Chicken, turkeys, fish are animals not food. I dont and wont eat them, so maybe different suggestions please?

One thing I struggle with is trying to eat more. When you are eating healthy it’s so hard to eat that many calories. I struggle staying at 1800 calories. My goal is suppose to be 2500 calories based on my weight and I was going to reduce weekly calories from there, but yea, I just can’t eat another single thing.

I love almonds so much I could snack on them all day. But I’ve stopped consuming them for now. I think it’s added so much fat around my waist. Thank you for your tips. Watching/listening this while walking in my apartment

Not to make excuses but it is difficult to stay on track when you have to work outside the home and bring your meals with you. If also difficult when your partner doesn't want to eat healthier, it makes it hard because the food budget and the temptation of junk food in the house.

The only thing I would say about nuts is that you don’t actually get all of the calories in them. Your body cannot break down the whole nut. I’m in the nuts are worth the calories camp!

Great tips Louise! Thanks so much!! I found Chronometer to be really helpful - can be a bit tedious putting in everything you eat but it’s great for recognising where your diet falls down in terms of vitamins, minerals, protein etc, and it shows you what foods send your calories through the roof (even some of the ones we think are healthy!!)…

I gotta be one of the only people on this planet where "The fiber will fill you up!" thing doesn't work.
Trust me, I've tried being super high fiber before and I still wanted to just eat and eat and eat. High fiber does absolutely nothing to curb my appetite :(

I only really eat one meal not purposely I need to loose 4st and ive stayed at the same weight for 3 years which is frustrating I'm recommended to eat 1300 a day so I'm hoping to start loosing once I start to try to eat that a day you have some great tips and motivation just hope it will come off
