However, it is revealed that he meets Allison during this time, despite the previous game stating that she and Joey met at the studio, and later had Susie replaced for the role of Alice because of her. This completely contradicts what we already knew of this event, and is a major retcon to the story.

i just now realized that the reason allison has alice angels face is because she was meant to be henry's angel and somebody who was meant to help others in need, like a real angel. But alice was born from the ink with no purpose and wasn't meant to do anything, giving her the look we see today and not the form she hoping for.

As dumb as this sounds, I can’t help but tear up at Joey’s monologues. I don’t have a father figure in my life, and I’d kill to have someone care about me like Joey cares about Audrey.

Ok, looking at all these comments acting like Joey is now a good person, he isn't, not in the slightest.
Just because the Henry we play as in BATIM is a copy, and all the other creatures in there aren't human, doesn't mean they aren't sentient, or didn't suffer due to his actions, he made a clone of his supposed best friend to be tortured in whats essentially hell, and when he finally realized what he was doing was wrong, he didn't stop the cycle, or fix it, he added in Allison to give Henry and 'angel of his own'
But the cycle continued, Henry still suffered, in the hell of Joeys making.
In conclusion, fuck you, Joey Drew.

The most heartwarming scene in the game is when Joey tell Audrey to have a heart.

Soon, Audrey has forgotten to be quiet herself when she accidentally presses a wrong button on her doll Little Miss Immortal, it causes Sweety Weety to wake up and cry. She runs upstairs to calm her down and Bendy tells Little Miss Immortal to be quiet. How will Audrey and Bendy stop Sweety Weety from crying?

So let me get this straight! Joey got mad at Henry for leaving him. And on top of that, he creates an ink replica of Henry and added him into some damnation that he'll never leave!? And it confirms that we've all been playing as the fake Henry Stein in this never-ending hell.

Even if I'm glad that's ISN'T the real Henry Stein, that's literal Hell right there for the false one. It's like you're some sort of puppet but you can't truly break the strings in an obvious way. Or something else like that.

For me, Joey loved Audrey only because she was perfect. If she hadn't been "born" perfect, he would have abandoned her, just like his other creations.
