i know when people hear eugenics they feel disgusted but when its implemented correctly it would help over population and cut down on severely disabled people using up resources and eradicate diseases like downs syndrome and autism

You have to be pretty heartless to accept to be part of a program like this... Particularly, starving people to death is just gruesome.
