And its also very easy to blame problems and faults on others, and make your self to a victim and dont see that you are the one with the bad behaveour? or maybe you think that your de bad person in a toxic relationship? i think its very hard to see whats right and whats wrong=(

take these signs and see if your actually trapped or if yall just need space. try not to self apply everything you take in. this video is very informative. but i feel like some viewers are seeing things cause they feel a certain way. so run some tests. too often nowadays without talking to there partner. and even after i watched this i noticed i myself have may have put my partner through. im going to see if ive made her feel this way and if i have im going to ask what i can do so she doesnt feel drained controlled or trapped. ive been cheated on so i have trust issues. i just hope they arent translated as controlling or abusive. i guess what im trying to say its talk things out see where it goes before you make a hasty choice. now ive been with my fiance 3 years now. we have a kid. long relationship take "maintenance" you forget yourself so does your partner.

I just feel that I have a genuine love for her and we did from the start but after some time it feels like we haven’t talked as much as we used to and when I try to talk about it, she says I say it a lot and it makes her feel like I’m trying to push her away, when In reality I love her with all the love my heart can give. I try to make her happy and she does make me happy too, I just don’t completely understand it and thats what’s emotionally draining. I’m so scared of loosing someone I genuinely love but it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. I don’t know what to do, and ik that’s a sign but I don’t wanna believe it I really don’t. If I lose her I have no one left and that’s such a scary thing to even think about

my partner is going through a stressful time right now and they do occasionally but they’ll say they’re burnt out and will feel a similar way described in this video. i’ve learned to give them their space. they still talk about a future involving me but i can’t help but to feel displaced and unwanted. it’s a crappy feeling that someone seems to do better without your presence

I love her but I've spent to much money for her and her family. I always feel bad because she lives in the Philippines and they don't make alot of money. I don't either. I had a house but had to sell it. After I received the money it was all gone within a year. I was starving myself just to help. Now I have to force myself to eat one meal.
