It's totally waste, it totally depend on people to people if you will think just to get money without hardwork then great, even in private for good salary they make hell out of you, if it's just that you want social life then do 10-15k job them you will get more time for social things, --- money is what at the end matters, of you are enough tallented then you can manage busy life also enjoyable. Businessman are busiest of all that doesn't force them to leave that haa, don't make video like why I left and all there is no job in market it totally hel and you are making why I left job trying to prove yourself pro haa

Is it same for iocl??like work life balance and location

Sir I have applied for manager post of group C level in HPCL. I have not get any detail about this post and it's selection process online. Can you please give me any information. It will be very helpful
