why it doesnt login alt store with apple id .... it is keep loading and is not logging in

this method works on many of my devices, but on the one i want it on, it doesn’t work. I can jailbreak it, but when i try to open any jailbroken apps besides cydia, altstore or unc0ver they just crash, which makes the jailbreak useless. Anyone know any fixes?
