Indy Car Racing 2 Riverside 81 Track (Rendition Ready)(Wip Vid#:7)

Riverside 81

This is the first track I've got working and it's got texture scaling issues in a few places. This required a two pass shrink (MIP shrink to max width 64 with -width 64 before -convert and MIP to Mi4)

Hopefully I can get the other tracks going soon.

Custom carsets do not currently work it (I'm working on it).
