That's just a cheap quick fix. The reason the door is sagging is many other reasons.
It could have been installed improperly, it's out of plumb due to improper nailing or a screw could be loose.

Bending the hinges again is not necessarily the answer.

This is crazy. I've set hundreds of doors. And adjusted several at different points in time. My first move would be a 3" or more sc😢rew in the top hole in the top hinge. Adjusting a door typically would not require this.

So, yeah once those hinges get moved they get weak. Try removing the door and placing a shim behind the bottom hinge and door jamb, this will correct the Z alignment and you will still have strong hinges. This is a common problem due to Settling and the Door Weight versus how the hinge fits into the notched out section on the door jamb for the hinge and screw length and the tightening fit the screw has with the door jamb.
