ОтветитьI'm doing this for the girlies who want to know if this works or not, I'll try my best to update but it's probably not everyday.
Also, I'm only doing this workout, nothing else, seeing if just this one could make my thighs and booty bigger.
Also also, gonna be doing this for two weeks, planning on having a new bod before the new year.
Day 1: slight soreness, walking felt a bit strange and I could feel the burn.
Day 2: soreness increased, and walking was horrendous (I'm exaggerating) but still, doing it for the vine.
Day 3: sore still, but starting to get better at the workouts, especially the one that makes you go back and forth, could barely do it before.
Day 4: getting used to it, still struggling a bit with the forward and backward lunges? I think thats what they're called, but at least getting better at them. Haven't seen a difference yet tho, waiting for it.
Day 5: I feel like it's getting easier, still struggling with lunges cause my room is a bit small but I think it's just my balance. 😅
Day 6 even tho it should be day 12: Christmas mixed with late seasonal depression hits like a bitch, but I'm gonna curb stomp that motherfucker lol~ getting back on the grind.
Day 7: my thighs somehow feel a little bigger, and I've added sumo squats for the second to last squats thingy. Also added lunge kickbacks for the forward and backward lunges, cause I really don't have the space to effectively do those ones.
Day 8: heart is pumping, so at least I know I'm trying to do it right. Getting sort of better at it.
Day 9: sort of getting better at it, I've used the bed as support for the lunge kickbacks, and my thighs feel as tough as wood, I'm gonna search up warm ups or something cause I feel like I'm not doing enough.

ОтветитьOmg I found my workout hands down...I was going to put this workout off until Monday but changed my mind...and said I'll do 5 minutes of it...nooottt‼️‼️ I ended doing the whole session and omg I broke a sweat within that short period of time and yes my legs are burning....thank you so much, I'm gone try my BEST to do this for a month or so straight
