Never Ever buy ANY Franchise.. EMPLOYEES SUCK.. Min wage people are morons.. They are full of drama, always late, never show up, Quit all the time. You would make more money working a job making 50,000 per year. He will NEVER Recover his money.. Stupid
ОтветитьYou should hire Jared Fogel to work the register for you.
ОтветитьIf it was any money, you got ripped off. They have been losing millions for almost 8 years now.
ОтветитьThis video is a tad premature, wouldn't you agree? The jury is still out on the sustainable success of your new venture. I do wish you well, but waiting one full year seems to be more prudent here.
ОтветитьCan say this with confidence, no matter the state or city/town: I won't be a customer.
ОтветитьI wonder how you can be certain it can be turned around? It seems traffic and competition (from other options and other Subways) would be the headwinds. I did notice quality differences in different Subways, if the previous franchisee was giving people poorly made products that could be why there might be hope.
ОтветитьTrash food
ОтветитьWay to go. I did same with coffee news franchise back in the day. I knew the business and was an easy and fast fix.
ОтветитьDo one for 711
ОтветитьWhy not sell it now then? If I turned it from 30k to 300k I’d sell it.
ОтветитьI really don’t eat at Subway or Jersey Mike’s, etc… The meats they use are really unhealthy ( ingredients). Same as the bread. And the cookies are very unhealthy. Sorry!! At age 51, I’m more concerned with my foods ingredients and makeup.
ОтветитьPrivilege kid.
Ответитьwhy did you eat all the subs?
ОтветитьHaven't eaten Subway for 30 years. Terrible food.
ОтветитьSubways sells cake bread. Yuk!
ОтветитьMost of the Subways I have visited over the last 5 years have been owned by the same group of people who own most of the motels, vape stores, etc. The food quality and amount of meat, toppings, etc. have diminished greatly to the point it felt like I was getting cheated. I have since quit eating fast food subs and just make my own at home. Congrats on turning your store around!
ОтветитьSubway has become so 3rd world. Best of luck
ОтветитьWe owned 5 Subway locations up here in Canada over a 20 year period. 1994-2013. My wife and I would open every new store at lunch so guests would have first impressions with us, the owners. We were ALWAYS told “this is the friendliest subway Ive ever been to” which is so important because, as you know, SUBWAYs biggest competition is…….the SUBWAY Down the street!! because the idiot DA up here would give locations one mile apart to different owners. We kept a couple for a few years while keeping others for 10 years. When we sold we got 10X what you paid for yours! Some 12X. Good thing we got out when we did, as locations here go for about half of what we got 12 years ago…Congratulations on scoring such a low price, and doing your thing! That’s awesome! We should chat about our experiences. You would not believe what some of my employees had done in the early years…😂
ОтветитьWow, I am shocked there is only three weeks of training. With things like food safety being something that can tank a while brand, I am surprised there isn’t more training.
ОтветитьStill spending that Phantom Menace money. Nice.
ОтветитьGreat content!
ОтветитьHey Brother I just sold my last two of my 55 Subway stores after 31 years.
If you ever need advice DM me.
Your store on worth what someone willing to pay for it , nice turn around
ОтветитьWhy not rent a store and make own food, grinders?
ОтветитьYour making mistake. Just sell food grinders pizza both what ever
ОтветитьDo you do your own books? Or do you pay for a bookkeeper/CPA?
ОтветитьWhy not just open up Joes Sub Shop??
ОтветитьYou're brave buying a Subway. The brand is declining.
Ответитьthanks for the info
ОтветитьGood luck to you 😊
ОтветитьSubways are total 🗑💩
ОтветитьCongrats of getting over 1000 subs!
ОтветитьTalk about employees. Are you and ur wife the employees or you hire them? What’s that like?
ОтветитьCongrats bro m rooting for you don’t feed into none of the negativity on here you’ll have 100 stores if you want I can feel your passion stay blessed
ОтветитьI'm sure you'll be successful! For me, a big quality issue would be hiring the right sandwich makers. Anyway, a question- how did you evaluate the location could be successful? Was data available, or did you simply spend time in the market area? Was it obvious?
Former Snap-On Tools Dealer (circa 1990). During that time, the unique Dealer Agreement was replaced by a true franchise agreement, which exists to this day. Of course, all the existing individual approx 5500 Dealer Agreements remained in place without question, but new Dealers were offered only the new franchise contract.
This is great, very interesting video
ОтветитьGreat video, thank you for sharing your story! This is what makes America great. Best of luck to you!
Ответитьi was looking into buying at one time i believe it was 80k at the time but business was booming and before Jared was exposed. They were also opening too many in condensed areas and why some went under. I’m sure you can still make money but i don’t think they will ever generate what they use to when the value was higher and now sandwiches costing twice and getting less just isn’t going to fly.
ОтветитьVery informative, thank you for your transparency
ОтветитьFascinating video; thank you very much. I'm not wanting to invest because it looks like a lot of work, but it's a super interesting story.
ОтветитьCold showers for 2 months? Y'all are amazing. That would be a no-go for me, surprised you're still married. Congratulations!
ОтветитьWhat part of the country or what state are you from
ОтветитьHow many employees do you have on your payroll minus yourself?
ОтветитьIn our area Jersey Mike’s is killing subway
ОтветитьSerious question: Their food tastes like plastic it is awful. Why would you think that bad tasting food would be a good Business???
ОтветитьWhy in the world would you want to buy a Subway they're nasty there's nothing on them there's better places to go to.
ОтветитьHe bought a sub..what? (Right? I haven’t gone to one since 2019)
ОтветитьYou have that Haley Joel Osment money.
ОтветитьYou can't find people to hire is the dealbreaker.
ОтветитьShould have just opened a sub shop .
Ответить
