How to Do a 1 Day Juice Cleanse at Home plus a few recipes that are great for everyday detox, clear skin, and weight loss.

2 green apples
1 large cucumber
2 to 3 chard leaves
4 to 5 ribs celery
1 lemon peeled
1 inch ginger root
