I like the lift bed so I can have a living and dining set below
ОтветитьOk, now im totally confused. Lol
Ответитьyour English is very good
ОтветитьMore than helpful to a lot of people. Me personally, MURPHY, OR ELEVATOR
ОтветитьI have another lift idea that I think should work - Why do we want to have a bed blocking our head space while awake, why not instead have a couch "blocking" our head space while we are sleeping so we don't need it anyway. In other words, not the bed moves down, but the platform with couch moves up... revealing a bed under it.This would be less cramped during the day because even if the resulting head clearance may be more or less the same, the ceiling is clean and you don't see the bed at all.
ОтветитьWhere’s the link to the another favorite one with the vertical flip up bench back to bed?
ОтветитьWhy have I never seen the fixed horizontal bed with a garage underneath but in the front of the van ? I'm thinking about that because I want to install a bike rack underneath the bed and my bikes are too long for the width of the bed. What am I missing here ? I've been searching for a couple of days and I couldn't find anyone that did this layout there must be a reason...
ОтветитьThis was great coverage of a very important topic. Thank you!
ОтветитьI love how you structure information ❤
ОтветитьExcellent content, awesome. Thank you.
ОтветитьI can't watch this video. The DING sound is making my ears bleed.): shame cuz I bet the video is awesome.
ОтветитьVery good selection of beds for Motorhome. Thank you, I appreciate it very much.
ОтветитьThanks fo this compilation works a lot!
Ответитьi had a sprinter with 2 6 foot double beds , one was a murphy king size and one was a bench where the front was on hinges and flipped up with legs ( supported me and my wife and kids ( 25/26 yo) when sat on just the flap up part that,s prob just over 600 lb , and all wood no metal , the bench stored the batteries inverter bedding and toilet, i have yet to see some one make one like it in 10 years of watching you tube videos on van builds.Just about to buy another van if i make the same bed i will make a video of it for you :-)
ОтветитьNo sound here
Ответитьyour information might have been good, but it was taking you so long to get to any information, I just had to leave. Sorry,
ОтветитьHi, great content! But next time, could you avoid using all the cut offs and dings, it makes it jerky without continuity. I kept fast forwarding to get thru it to hit highlights because it was too difficult to watch.
ОтветитьThis was fantastic for ideas - thank you! Could I also ask you to leave each picture up for a few seconds as it flew by so fast I had to keep rewinding to see what they’ve done, and also to link each video to the original creator so we can see how they did it please? Thanks so much, great job! 😃
ОтветитьHi Lisa, cool video. You have missed people with the bed over the cab of a Luton van.
ОтветитьThe ultimate van bed is obviously a pop-top so long as your not camping along a freeway or in extreme weather conditions mainly really hot weather.
See ModVans examples.
你的肢体动作告诉大家你一定是个很可爱的女孩
ОтветитьYou're adorable 😍
ОтветитьLove the video, but the dings drove me nutz!
Ответитьdamn i am NOT making my bed every night
ОтветитьHi Hun… you look great! The pyramid is Maslo‘s hierarchy of needs!
ОтветитьCan someone say why NO ONE puts the kitchen in the back and bed by the entrance. for me it doesn't make sense to sleep over the Electrical system, I much rather have all the Fridge+electrical at the back and have a bench/bed/office at the front
ОтветитьSome great ideas, you've clearly put a lot of work into that! Thank you!
ОтветитьDING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING!
DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING!
DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING! DING!

Excellent topic and video, just what I was looking for
Ответить🤭Super Cute. ❤ and the beds, I, umm, yea 🥰🫣
ОтветитьThank you for the video. Some fantastic designs... I agree with lots of points here. Personally it feels like the more you RV, a descent kitchen and a toilet/shower could be acceptable by the most people as long as it is functional and feels well done. On the other hand the three elements: 1-Bed, 2-Sitting/living/dining space 3-Storage space varies by needs, by a lot. Factors such as being a full-timer(s) vs. occasional RVer, or being a single, couple, with kids, pets... being active with lots of gear, people who can get homesick quick(nothing wrong with it!) and prefers "homey" feeling. Or the ones who demand; "I need a proper, office like space, while drinking my coffee and sitting down with my book/laptop pretty much every morning!" types, etc... To people who are going into RVing, I suggest them to monitor their moods during morning and right before the bed hours. These are the moments when we are the most tired or energized in general. Our demands peak and we're not as flexible with ourselves during those times. Another point is Rving is being flexible by itself. You just have to. Basically, it's a moving-living space that is limited by the road lane width… Anyways, enjoy the view out there!
ОтветитьI building a fixed horizontal bed for the max storage underneath.
Two Mtb’s
Two oversized, off-road spare tires for the van.
A hitch mounted winch for front or rear of van that stores inside with all associated recovery gear.
Plus two large drawers in the center that open into the living space.
Amazing video, really enjoyed it. That ding though at each option killed my ears. Would appreciate more consistent audio mixing, but other than that, very impressed, thanks :)
ОтветитьAll beds are horizontal. :) No such thing as a vertical bed. That would be standing up. I think you mean, parallel vs perpendicular. Cheers!
ОтветитьThank you lisa for such an AWESOME summary of so many possible bed options!
I have also been watching VAN videos for the past two years for inspiration :D. I want to convert a small van (5.4m in length), and came up with an idea of how I want to do the bed to maximise space. And I always felt it was weird that I had not seen anyone actually build the bed that way in any of the hundreds videos I've watched :D. And suddenly here it is! The nr 3 on your list. So nice to see it actually being built and so nice you had linked to the original video so that I could even get even more inspiration on how to actually build it. Kudos!
The best van bed compilation I have seen. Great!
ОтветитьI lik alavatet bad
ОтветитьVery interesting good video. I like the bed that goes up and down because I like the bed always made up and ready however I also like the garage space for bikes and other stuff. So do we have to get a bigger van or a truck or just accept a little discomfort in the name of freedom ?........and money of course !
Ответитьwe need links for these.. :/
Ответитьthanks for the work you put into this collection - very helpful!
ОтветитьI was thinking of using a sofa bed. Would that work?
ОтветитьAppreciate the video - but my ears are ringing now from all the loud bells!
ОтветитьNo body talks about or shows the person sleeping on the back door side needing to use the bathroom and crawling over their partner! I’m def a ready made person, and drop down in a seating area! And a end of van bath rm! Shaiden vans…
ОтветитьI would love to see a hammock incorporated into the design. I slept exclusively in a hammock for almost a year, loved it.
ОтветитьIf the mattress is a also the seat cushions, I can imagine just sitting on the bed with a table that is over it a few inches. That saves the hassle of taking it apart and stowing the linens. Also, am loving the idea of a bed that drops down from the ceiling! Could have a platform below it to hang out on when bed is raised. Great video!
