Thomas!! You are absolutely amazing and a credit to your profession. Well done.
ОтветитьSo he moved from Claridge? I hope they are still doing good. Because he was agreat General Manager.
ОтветитьI❤❤❤THOMAS KOCHS🤗❣
ОтветитьI love Thomas, he is a great guy
ОтветитьI just watched the Clardige video and he was the GM there 😮.
ОтветитьI am completely confused by this video. Is this the same guy I saw as the manager of Claridge's in London in a special produced by the BBC? Ithis Corinthia also part of the Maybourne Hotel Group?
ОтветитьI loved his style when he was at Claridge's. I saw the programme, sadly I've not been myself.
ОтветитьI love his precision and skill. He's truly in the job he was meant for. Also, anyone else getting some Christopher Plummer (from the 60's) vibes from him? Such class and elegance!
ОтветитьAttention to detail? Yet he opens the door to where the china is kept and a sign is hanging sideways because it now has only one pin holding it. Back of house I know, but how many have opened that door and not straightend that sign? That is where the attitude starts. It's is the little things
Ответить'God is in the details'. -Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. I hope someday I am lucky enough to stay in his hotel, whichever one it may be. 💗
ОтветитьEnjoyed!
ОтветитьBut why the absurd hushed narration? Very irritating.
ОтветитьI think he's really attractive, lol. And the voice is definitely part of his charm, as is his personality.
ОтветитьHe’s so awesome, I love his style and voice!
Ответитьliterally any other normal person: oooh wow such wonderful service, what exquisite attention to detail! the furnishings, the china, all incredible
me: what fountain pen is that and what ink is he using. i need brand names and nib sizes
So he left Claridges?
ОтветитьI have a feeling he out grew the last place. I could tell he seemed excited by trying new things and was advised by travel agents there's competition with places that are trying new things... Claridges works because it's service is consistent, but I could see that getting boring.
ОтветитьAs an appraiser and someone who obsesses over bone china, I nearly jumped out of my skin over the broken teapot, and died a thousand deaths over the bespoke 15,000 piece banqueting service!
ОтветитьUm… the chair pillow he flattened out in the beginning now doesn’t match the two flanking pillows with the purposely put dent on the top…
ОтветитьI used to make macrame pieces to order. I always added a hand written thank you card within the order. It’s a lovely touch and customers really seem to like it. ❤
ОтветитьThomas is my spirit animal. I feel like he’s my older self!
Ответитьhe used to be general manager of Claridges Hotel if im not mistaken
ОтветитьInteresting watching him do this show years ago for the claridges and now Corinthia. I used to love doing business with the events team here, they're lovely
Ответитьmir ist das handy beinahe aus der hand gefallen als der teekrug zerbrochen ist.
sehr sympathischer mensch.
are those arm chairs in the beginning of vid made of Chrysler-Corinthian leather? 😆
ОтветитьHe wants things done right. I like that. Pamela in Detroit Michigan USA
ОтветитьI have the exact reaction with him when he broke the tea pot 😆😆
ОтветитьI just watched Thomas and he was in Claridges , I think every top hotel is after Thomas he is so good at his job if I win lotto I want to stay in one of these hotels I prefer the old world hotels ,
ОтветитьJust think, you reach your final day on Earth, you look back at your life lived and see that you spent most of it running around after a bunch of over-privileged rich people, pandering to their every pathetic whim, making them feel important because they have money. You spent your valuable time being their servant and that was the sum total of your working component of life’s journey..
ОтветитьWouldn’t it have been easier to put it together in the place it was going?
ОтветитьWasn’t he in a doc about claridge’s?
Ответитьfiner details, yet has worse hand writing that any gp dr
ОтветитьWhat happened to Claridges!!
Ответитьive stayed and ate at some of these so called exclusive properties. they suck at just about everything and lag behind the rest of the world when it comes to hospitality. no one's gonna fall for this. these places are for the old racist white folks with generational wealth.
Ответитьsad face gay boy Thomas cannot even wear a jacket that fits him.Its another example of how "pathetic camp management " ruined the business
ОтветитьBro, I'm a mover. Two guys with straps would have gotten that down the stairs easy peasy.
ОтветитьThomas has excellent serial killer vibes. He'll inspire some characters.
ОтветитьThe MD needs a new suit as it's an appalling fit
ОтветитьI agree with the writing - much more personal. Too much e-tablet nonsense these days.
ОтветитьLOVE
ОтветитьRunawayyyy cart!!!!
ОтветитьVai Corinthians!
ОтветитьVery nice.
ОтветитьI really detest this low-voice narration. This isn't a bedtime story!
ОтветитьI jumped when the tea pot shattered 😳 almost spilled hot tea all over me 😅
ОтветитьCrown Estates actually wanted to tear down The Corinthia back in the noughties - giving the heritage organisations an ultimatum backed by the then English Heritage (corrupt AF, that allows plenty of historic destruction these days): either destroy the Corinthia or the Regent Palace Hotel. Their reason being both hotels were IMPOSSIBLE to modernise and bulldozing was simply the only choice. In the end they blasted the Regent Palace Hotel (though the lobbyists managed to save the corners), once the largest hotel in Europe. The Corinthia was, hey presto! modernised and turned into the luxury beast it is today.
ОтветитьNice name and logo!!!🇬🇷💙
I hope I will visit that hotel one day!
I’m in love with the communications director.
