Outriders Worldslayer - Updated BEST Trickster Build! SUPER BROKEN Damage Guide

I started playing Outriders again yesterday and decided to check out your build videos again. I've never played trickster, but I'm going to make one and give it a go.
I just need to find a trickster leveling guide. I'm sure you or playdoh have one. 😂

I rolled pretty good gloves. Gauntlets of

Cannonball. Captain Hunter (Elites take 16% extra damage)
Personal Space (12% close damage)

My third ended up being an introvert which increases close range by 2 meters.

Only things i need to improve are gloves, boots, and guns.

Playdoh said mages rage got nerfed.. true or false?

So when I time rift, then follow up with twisted rounds, does it proc that skill tree nod that increases anomaly power after using a deception skill?? (Meaning will my twisted rounds gain additional anomaly damage after using my time rift)!?

Unless game changed, blue items comes with tier I mods, so you did not get dum-dum on the blue boots... You probably found purple with that mod, not blue :)

does this link to the purple items not work? anyone else having the problem? or is the video just gone?

I tried following this guide and it's definitely not the guide's fault but most of my buffs aren't activating, with or without twisted rounds, and they're definitely not snapshotting. I'm only Apoc 12 or 13 atm and I'll be doing 3k per shot with or without activating my skills. With twisted rounds, the damage only goes up to 20k maybe? And then quickly drops off.

Is there a version of this for us base game players? Cant get the dlc atm but Im looking forward to using this build when I can get it.

Hi, I have a question, about armor and weapon mods, should we focus more on the gear stats I mean like anomaly, close damage and cooldown reduction etc.. or the mods or we should balance between them and if we should balance how should we do it, and thank you for the video

Yo I'm so trash at trickster I died every 5 seconds. Any tips on survivability

This build is the very definition of glass cannon. Gets bodied Hard at AT40. And with no reliable way to AOE....Hunting the prey will more often than not put you in some serious danger. Solid Damage and I have seen no better build for the trickster though. Class as a whole needs help.

Even after the patch, this built still very promising. Since Mage rage has been fixed, i have swap it with fotress mod. Would be good if you can share what is your updated built after the patch. Looking forward ur video!

@Nick - For some reason after doing the snapshot and activating twisted rounds, the firepower now drops off even though twisted rounds is still on. Perhaps the latest patch update has something to do with it

Wouldn’t the pain transfer mod work well with this build?

For people who are struggling to get gear. Try doing trials on level 1 or 2 and farm until you get a good piece of gear or weapon then just level it up to your max level. You will have to do a ton of expeditions to get pods and resources but if you don’t have a problem with that then try it. I was able to get most of my tier 3 mods AND 2 pieces of shield beast gear doing this for a couple hours solo. The gear is level 31 but it won’t be for long.

From the latest patch notes. An update would be nice, is this still the strongest Trickster Build after this nerf?

Fixed a bug that was causing unforeseen issues with the amount of stacks and the Anomaly Power calculation

Explanation:
Mage’s Rage provided over twice of what it was supposed to give in terms of Anomaly Power. This change sets the mod into the right place power-wise. While this change may feel significant for any players who were exclusively relying on Mage's Rage, our overall balancing has ensured that not all the excess power has been lost. Rather, it has flowed into other mods and combinations in order to provide a greater spread of viable builds.

Seems to me that the pax skill- Power Overwhelming, doesn't stack with the Anomoly Enhancement mod. We can only use one or the other. Or am I missing something?

I am struggling with my Trickster (rounds, hunt, rift) to get past AT 14. It worked great up to this point but bosses are brutal. I’d love to try a new set but I can not for the life of me get any new pieces to drop. Does anyone have an idea for a transition build to get me a bit further and hopefully increase the chance that they will drop (or Tiago will start selling them)?!

FYI time rift for tricksters is now bugged. It wont do damage outside of the first hit when used on bosses. After you use it once it wont damage the boss again the next time you use it. DocJoc and I tested this on our streams today.

Is the whole build bricked now? Or is it still viable? I need to know what else to get instead of Mages Rage. Or maybe it’s still good?

I was running a similar build, but with today's update, I am leaning towards fortress since it had gotten a buff and mages had been fixed.

Last night I was hitting about 4.5 on crits, however today my damage is closer to 2mil on tier 25. I will swap to fortress tonight and see how it compares

Self medication as of now is maybe useless... Maybe
A new patch came out today that according to the devs "Fixed a bug that caused the "Self-Medication" mod to fully restore players' health every time it triggered."
Meaning that it's no longer as useful as before.
Haven't tested the gear mod with the new patch installed. It might still be viable, just not to the same degree. Worst case, the Damage Absorber might become more viable.
Update: Yep, the patch ruined the Self-Medication mod. It's useless and really hurts survivability now.

Can i start to spec into this early game? Or should i find an early game build?

Just want to add, from a little testing I don’t think you actually have to hit anything with your melee for the AP boost. Could be wrong but checking AP after just throwing a melee in the air increases it
