Unfortunately, U.S cop seems to shoot first ask questions later after the person is no longer alive. The cop felt that his life was in danger? Lack of training and experience do this. I also don't understand why they always have a hard time chasing people down. Always let them run for 40 minutes to hours and kept such a far distance. They would have like lots of cops cars but still can't even catch the driver even with helicopter help. Some countries don't have the privilege of having so many police, cars and def no helicopter helps but they catch the theft faster and easier.
