Crooked referees try to change the game, which needs to be looked into. this happens a lot when refs bet on the game.

Get used to it SEC. Texas is the richest and most politically connected school in all of college sports, and there is a real history of this kind of thing with their fan base, the conference’s they are in, and refs. The call should never have been reversed, there should have been a penalty for the home team, there should be a fine from the SEC. Not going to happen, ‘cause it’s Texas. You invited them in, and now you are going to have this kind of thing happen every year. New kids on the block, but same ol’ Texas fan base.

UGA overcoming the OC's bad play calling is the real story. Beck shouldn't be passing more than 30 times/gm. 3 INTs wouldnt have happened. "The shotgun freak" mike bobo only gets undercenter at the goaline or on 3rd&1. He uses 1 formation the whole damn game. These former QB's being OC's are a damn disease to the game of football.

No man is above the law or the rules for administering the game. I say the only fair thing in terms of the caliber of officiating in this game would be for each and every member of the on-field referees, as well as “booth” members tied to the overturned call be suspended for one game without pay and their lack of professionalism and integrity documented in their personnel file. Maybe even a disqualification from working any season 2024 bowl games. It’s only fair imo.

They did get the call and scored a touchdown that made it 23-15.

I dont even care that the call was reversed. How many years of CF has there been blatant bs calls on replay over and over in games? Is this going to be a new rule where every team gets this treatment or just TX? Plus no unsportsmanlike call for the crowed? No fine?

Kirby is exactly right about the refs.I am a Bama fan but what is right is right.

I know that all teams have their talking head homers like these 2, but my gosh I don’t think I could stand this level of homerism. They actually criticize Texas for “gasp” leaving the scoreboard on for too long, and playing home games. I don’t understand the F1 angle. In October we have a ton of things go on in Austin: F1 and ACL (for 2 consecutive weekends) being the prime ones, and sometimes all 3 events happen on the same weekend. Seriously, what’s the complaint about there. I’ve seen opposing fans go to the game and then next day go to F1 or ACL because it’s a damn cool thing to do. Quit being such winers. Congrats on your win. The better team won.

That was some seriously corrupt officiating on every level. These refs picking winners and losers are destroying credibility for the fans. Refs jobbing against Ga Tech was every bit as corrupt as their jobbing against Tenn. I realize it's not Georgia's fault, but the cheating by refs is blatantly carrying Georgia to wins.
